1. PER RICORDO

It wasn't necessary
May the day be sunny;
When we mention love,
the birds always sing
And the waterfall splashes, but,
That day everything was different,
Some light snow fell
And it's January wind
As a diligent cleaner
Cleaned the empty streets.
It was that room
And there were two that escaped
From ordinary to extraordinary
Who found themselves in a cold world
To warm hearts on fire
Pure tenderness and unquenchable passion.

2. BEHIND THE BAR

At dawn, when the honest world still sleeps
And drunkards stare at the bottom of an empty glass,
I gather at the bar to the bottom of dry souls
The last remains of that love of ours.
I'm alone at that bar like a wrecked ship
As it stands in the port, it has served its time
And darkness now stands in my sad heart
And it used to know the most beautiful colors.
The drilled bar is like my body
Which barely carries this little soul
Although the morning is already white
The night is still going on for me,
Memories are flooding in
I don't have bullets for those machine guns...
I don't have bullets for those machine guns...

3. WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW

As a barely alive plant waits for spring,
Like a fake feat of an anti-hero and a co-worker
They smear their faces with honey and sleep on an anthill,
Like five-year-old me looking at a chicken's head
As he bounces around the yard
And he calms down under the haystack...
That's how everything unfolds according
To the natural sequence.
It fascinates and frightens that alignment
Heaven, Earth and Underworld
Without beginning and end.
And what do you do to me, then what do we do?
You pepper the windings, season the brain and salt the mind
How can one escape from a flood of ashes
To enter a little silence,
Into a little shimmering substance,
A semblance of peace?
The evening star descends into the underworld
And it appears as morning.
It cannot be completely escaped
Because that ash (albeit cold)
He's not dead yet.
And don't talk to me
When you don't know.
