Lucrarea surprinde tragedia familiilor de animale și de oameni afectate de incendiile devastatoare din Australia. În același timp, mi-am imaginat o familie nerăbdătoare să exploreze pădurile și ecosistemul verde și vibrant al Australiei. Însă, ajunși acolo, au fost întâmpinați de fum și foc. Incendiile au ucis aproximativ un miliard de animale, distrugând întregi familii de animale native. Totuși, în ciuda distrugerii, există un licăr de speranță: o familie de canguri care se refugiază împreună, simbolizând reziliența și unitatea în fața dezastrului.

În lucrare, am încercat să creez un echilibru între pace, speranță și distrugere, pentru a evidenția schimbările pozitive care pot avea loc. Sper ca această lucrare să îi încurajeze pe privitori să-și reevalueze percepțiile asupra lumii înconjurătoare și să ia în considerare implicațiile acțiunilor noastre asupra mediului în care trăim.

The work captures the tragedy of the animal and human families affected by the devastating fires in Australia. At the same time, I imagined a family eager to explore Australia’s green and vibrant forests and ecosystem. But when they got there, they were met by smoke and fire. The fires killed an estimated one billion animals, destroying entire families of native animals. Yet despite the destruction, there is a glimmer of hope: a family of kangaroos taking refuge together, symbolizing resilience and unity in the face of disaster.

In the work, I tried to create a balance between peace, hope and destruction to highlight the positive changes that can take place. I hope this work encourages viewers to reevaluate their perceptions of the world around them and consider the implications of our actions on the environment in which we live.
