Snow Pigeons

Snow sparkling, dazzling and white
The pigeon feathers shine so bright
And when they fly, the light expands:
thousands of colours, dancing friends

The world is a beautiful sight
That we destroy with wars we fight
Why don’t we look up to the sky
and see the pigeons when they fly?

If only we could all be free
from greed, hunger and poverty
We’d live in peace, like pigeons do
This is my dream that could come true!

If I Could Fly

If I could fly in the blue sky
To see the world from very high
I would help the ones in need
Every day, with a good deed

I would be very kind and clever
to end all suffering forever
People and animals would be
Safe every day, because of me

If I could fly in time and space
The world would be a better place
Although I cannot fly right now
I know I’ll contribute somehow

I have a dream that I could be
A superhero, strong and free
I’ll do my best, in my own way
to help everyone, every day

Miraculous Gift

We have a gift that we don’t see
A sun that’s shining endlessly
The rain that makes the flowers grow
Even beneath the mountain snow

The smile of mothers’ happiness
That any words cannot express
The butterflies of blooming spring
The voices of the birds that sing

We have a gift that’s such a treasure
Infinity could never measure
It is a miracle to live,
A precious gift that we receive
